  My boyfriend was part of a bridal party and they decided to rent tuxedos from jacks. After driving 45 mins to be measured, the suit did not fit when he picked it up. His suit was not the only one that didn't fit correctly. They grossly miscalculated the measurements so much so it seemed like they didn't know how to measure properly. Some of the suits still didn't fit right the day of the wedding. Most of the shoes they received fell apart, because they were cheap and uncomfortable. Upon returning the tuxedos the sales clerk got an attitude with me when I informed him about the problems we had. Do not rent/buy a tux or suit from here!
